Charity Event FOOD BANK

Internapa College in collaboration with the volunteer team Helping Hearts, under the auspice of the Mayor of Sotira, invite you to an event of solidarity and support to families in need.

The purpose of this event is to collect food, hygiene and cleaning products, to assist families in need through these tricky times.

A detailed list of needed products below.

To anybody wishing to participate and assist us on the day, or for drop off donations of the listed products below, we will be at the Internapa College parking lot on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 09:00 through to 17:00.

We accept donations of basic food supplies, tinned items, hygiene and sanitary products, where we kindly ask to double check the expiration date and that they are in good condition.
We try our best to store foods with higher shelf-life and which meets, as much as possible, the nutritional needs and balance expected.
- Oil, sugar, honey, olives, rice, wheat, lentils, beans, pastas, packed noodles, salt, flour
- Tinned items: Sweetcorn, peas or other vegetables, baked beans, fish, meat
- UHT milk
- Jars of sauce
- Tea or coffee
- Stock cubes
- Cleaning products: chlorine, mops, surface detergents
- Hygiene products: toothpaste, soap, female sanitary products, shampoos, deodorant, toilet paper, baby nappies, baby wipes
